You could match the drawers by applying an old classic Oil-based varnish onto the wood, I'd suggest polyurethane, but it comes out a little too clear and wouldn't really amber the wood at all.
The drawers are a little darker than the picture shows. I am afraid if I try to match them it will make tha camper to dark inside. I have almost decided on staining with minwax golden pecan and then applying a clear varnish on top for shine and easy wipe down . I am planning on redoing the drawer fronts and cabinet doors to match the paneling. I will also be building a cabinet above the front window for more storage
Looking good, what kind of finish do you plan to put on the paneling?
